Rotherham started strong and maintained control with excellent teamwork and attacking flair to secure a dominant win, highlighted by Abdul’s outstanding performance.
Rotherham made a lightning-fast start, opening the scoring within the first minutes of the game. The team set the tempo early, showing excellent energy and determination to be first to every ball.
Throughout much of the match, Rotherham controlled possession, playing with confidence and composure. Their use of quick one- and two-touch football was a standout feature, moving the ball sharply and creating plenty of attacking opportunities.
Although several chances went unfinished, the teams attacking intent never dropped — and the goals flowed as a result. Whenever Rotherham briefly eased off the intensity, Palmer SofE grew into the game and asked a few questions of the defence, but the boys responded well and reasserted control.
It was a performance full of quality, teamwork, and attacking flair, capped with a healthy scoreline that reflected Rotherhams dominance.
Man of the Match (chosen by the ref) – Abdul – Fantastic awareness and reading for the game to always be first to the ball. Playing some lovely defence splitting passes with a goal added on. Dominated when he was moved to defence as well
