U14 Dev 4 – 2 Hasland FC
Cup QF
A good battling display from us today with a bare 11 available and some lads not 100%, we showed some moments of quality football which eventually was the difference between the 2 teams.
Wisdom Efole scored the 1st with a long range effort to get us going and then some great football between Charlie, Jackson, Wisdom and finally Murry who slammed home the second of the game.
We switched off from a free kick to let them get one back and then a mix up just before HT allowed them to get back level 2-2
After a slow start and a bit of pressure from Hasland we started to get a foothold in the game 2nd Half, a great effort wisdom was followed up by Murray to get us ahead and then a collectors item of a cross come shot from Oscar Cookson nestled in the top corner.
