Match Summary
After a slow start and going behind early, the team mounted a strong comeback with second-half goals from Tyger Middleton and Harry Oxtoby to secure a well-deserved victory in their first game back after the Christmas break.
First game back after a long Xmas break and for the 1st 15 minutes you could tell. We went behind from a shot that took a deflection and lofted over our keeper.
Slowly we came back into the game and started to force chances without really testing the opposition keeper. Went into HT 1-0 down. We asked the lads if they had it in themselves to turn this around and to a man they did. 2nd half it was one way traffic. After having a goal disallowed for offside We deservedly got an equaliser from a fantastic inch perfect strike from Tyger that found its way its way into the corner. We then started to pepper the opposition net and after a fantastic free kick from Nate we then hit the post in the same attack. Eventually from a similar free kick we managed to force the winner through Harry.

We saw the game out without any issues and could have increased the margin of victory. First win of the year and the start of 6 difficult games coming up.
